BioFuse Wellness Cancellation and Refund Policy

At BioFuse Wellness, we are committed to providing each client with individualized care and attention. To best serve all clients and maintain the high standards of our services, we ask that you adhere to our cancellation policy.

Required Notice for Cancellations

In-Clinic Appointments: We require a minimum of 24-hour notice prior to your scheduled appointment time for any cancellations or rescheduling.

Mobile Services: For mobile services, we require 48-hour notice prior to the appointment.

If cancellation or rescheduling occurs without the required notice, a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service cost will be charged to the card on file. If no card is on file, the outstanding balance must be cleared before booking any new service.

No Call, No Show Policy

If you do not show up for your appointment and do not notify us in advance (a “no-call, no-show”), you will be charged the full price of the scheduled service. This policy is in place due to the individualized nature of our preparations and the resources allocated specifically for you.

No Refunds Policy

All sales are final. We do not provide refunds on any services, packages, or programs, including prepaid or bundled sessions. Each infusion, injection, etc is a prescribed treatment and is specifically mixed per client. Due to the nature of patient-specific prescriptions, strict pharmacy regulations, and the shelf life of compounded ingredients, all prescribed treatments are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

We appreciate your understanding of the high level of care that goes into each customized service and the regulatory requirements we adhere to for safety and quality.

Cancellation Fee Waivers

In rare cases, BioFuse Wellness management may waive cancellation fees due to emergency situations, such as severe illness or inclement weather. Only a BioFuse Wellness manager or executive leadership, which must be confirmed in writing via email from the official BioFuse Wellness account.
