Reflecting on your Journey

Reflection is a fundamental component of ketamine therapy, enabling patients to explore their inner thoughts, emotions, and experiences during sessions. This introspective process can lead to profound insights and self-awareness, fostering emotional healing and personal growth. Post-session reflection, often guided by therapeutic support, allows patients to integrate their transformative experiences into their daily lives, setting the stage for long-term mental health and well-being.
